The ceremony and reception will both take place at:

Rooms will be available on-site (see Lodging below). The lodge also features a full restaurant and bar as well as a spa. Some specific notes for our guests about Cedarbrook Lodge:

  • The restaurant sources local foods, and has an on-site beehive for honey production. Please be cautious with allergies.
  • For guests staying at the lodge: the rooms generally do not have refrigerators. Each floor has a communal fridge guests are welcome to use.
  • The entire lodge is a non-smoking property. We also ask that you leave weapons at home.

Lodging

At Cedarbrook: Guests are welcome to book a room at the venue hotel. Use code OEWED to receive a group rate when booking by August 1, 2019. Book online or call (877) 515-2176.

Nearby: Additional rooms are available at the Residence Inn Seattle South/Tukwila. This hotel is a short ten-minute drive from the venue, and is near Southcenter mall. Use group name "Owen Wedding" and rate code CATS when booking by August 2, 2019.

Travel

Flights: Arrive at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Complimentary shuttle service is available to Cedarbrook Lodge.

Guests flying to Seattle are encouraged to explore the city! Rental cars are available at the airport, and the Link light rail offers regular service from the airport to downtown Seattle.

Transit: Take the Link light rail to the airport stop, then use the complimentary shuttle to Cedarbrook Lodge.

For KC Metro bus users, route 574 offers service to 188th St S and 38th Ave S, which is a short walk to the lodge.

Driving: Cedarbrook Lodge has ample parking. Self-parking is $10/day ($20 overnight), or valet park for $15/day ($23 overnight).

Drivers should note that both Bumbershoot and PAX are anticipated to contribute to congestion on the roads. Please plan accordingly.
